Voting is a very important process in our country! It embodies what our founding father's wanted most- a fair, free country where the people contributed and decided how they wanted to be governed.
In today's society, fewer and fewer people are getting involved in voting, which leaves us with a menacing problem- if the entire population is not represented, than our election results are corrupted and inaccurate!
We must encourage more people to vote and get more citizens involved, or else we will foster a new generation of non-voters, thus further contributing to a less involved nation. Also, if this problem is not fixed, then we face the chilling truth that our leaders do not represent accurate public opinion.
